I will start by saying I can't recommend Emma highly enough.
I worked with Emma during a big transition period in my life, and I've been fortunate of having her not only as my Career coach but also as a Life coach. I can happily say that not only she helped in countless ways, such as giving me courage and confidence, but I would go as far as that she changed my life.
She loves what she does and does it with passion. Emma gave me constructive feedback and she did help me found my better and stronger self.
After working on my attitude and help me prepare my tools such as CV, LinkedIn, interview prep, networking etc, we started the second stage of coaching which was when I started the actual job search, and in less than 3 weeks I got my first job in Software engineering. My 7 yr old son and I met Emma when we attended an event for entrepreneurs in Bali. It includes an event for the kids as well to help them find their passion and do it at their young age.
At one part of the event, the kids were unexpectedly asked a question and they had to answer in front of all the audience. I knew that it will be very difficult for my son to talk as he is not comfortable speaking in front of many people. And so, it happened. He froze!!! Not a single word came out of his lips. No matter how hard I encourage him to answer, he did not comply. I was about to take him out of the stage and just comfort him, but that's when Emma came to the rescue! She looked at my son with so much love and trust, then she told everyone, “I think Clayne prefers to dance”. She asked the DJ to play the music then the magic happened. Emma put my son in a state where he is comfortable and can express how unstoppable he is. Emma played a big part of my son’s confidence. After that experience, Clayne transformed. He is now joining talent, pageant and modelling competitions. And all Emma had was a few hours with him.
