However, most people get side-tracked by the demands of life - work, relationships, community obligations, family issues, etc. This happens not just in the pursuit of lofty goals regarding major life change, but also in everyday life goals.

The Process

  • Free Discovery Session

    The first step is a Discovery Call, which is on me. Independent if we speak for 10min or 1h, the goal is to get to know each other, see if we have the right chemistry to work together, fully understand what you are looking for, your needs, and also for you to ask me any questions you might have

    Studies show that the most important variable in coaching success is the relationship between the client and the coach and it’s crucial that we both find out if we are the "right fit" for each other, and this Discovery Session allows us to find out.

  • Bespoken Plan

    After our Discovery call, and if we are happy to proceed, we will then get full clarity, direction, and then strategy, therefore I will be designing a completely tailored package to your needs/budget, that is unique to you.

    To have and offer flexibility to my clients is fundamental to me as I am realistic that life can change at any moment and I am always open to listening to your suggestions and bouncing ideas. We are all unique individuals and I pride myself to offer a personalized and flexible transformational service.

    It's all about awareness. I can teach someone as many time management tricks and techniques as I like, but without awareness - without the knowledge of what they currently do, and how they sabotage themselves - they're going to continue making the same mistakes. And without understanding their priorities, and working on these priorities first, people's lives are going to fill up with less important things. Ultimately this is very unsatisfying - and this lack of satisfaction is often why people come to coaching - to achieve goals, dreams and be held accountable to make meaningful changes in their lives.

  • We live in a society that loves achievement, qualifications, status, and success. Many people work extremely hard to get there - ignoring what their bodies and minds are telling them. But what's the point of success, a great career - if you're always stressed, overwhelmed, don't see much of your family and friends (or are grumpy/tired when you do see them)?

    Sadly, life balance and self-care are often seen as "soft" requirements - something high achievers don't (or shouldn't) need.

    We get the message we should just be able to soldier on through illness and stress. We are told that if we take a holiday, go on a city break, have a bubble bath or sleep in on Sundays - all will be well again. After all, a successful person should have this under control and too much self-care is a sign of weakness or perhaps selfishness or indulgence.

    Well, as a coach, I know this isn't the case. I look at the whole person, the whole life in context. I know that without self-care and life balance life can be pretty miserable and lack joy and substance.
