I don’t believe in one size fits all when it comes to 1:1 coaching, however, after over a decade of coaching people, I very often have customers going through the same problems and looking for the same solutions.

So I have designed and created Boost Programs that have been tested and are a great enhancer whether you do them alone or in conjunction with a tailored plan.

My Programs can last all way from an Intensive Transformational day up to a Year Program.

Boost Programs Summary

Self Discovery Program

  • The purpose of the Self-Discovery Coaching Program is specifically to help you get to know yourself better and express yourself more authentically in the world:

    • Who are you?

    • What do you love?

    • What really matters to you?

    • What do they value most about yourself?

    • Where might you be sabotaging yourself?

  • All my programs, although are structured, can be completely tailored to your needs and availability.

    You can choose between:

    • Intensive Transformational Day Program (4.5 hours - including a 30min break)

    • 1 Month Program, with 4 (60min) weekly sessions;

    • 2 Month Program, 4 (60min) biweekly sessions.

  • Many people come to coaching with specific goals in mind.

    But to be truly happy we need to do more than achieve our goals - we need to know who we are - and express that in the world. This is called being authentic.

    In addition, to achieve success in life - with the most ease - we need to be congruent which is when our actions align with our values and who we are.

    After completing a set of self-discovery tools, you can use your newfound knowledge about yourself in your coaching with me to bring focus, clarity, and depth to your actions, habits, brainstorming, decision-making, visioning, and goal-setting. And you can learn to align your life priorities and actions with who you really are.

Balance & Self-Care Program

  • The purpose of the Productivity & Time Management Coaching Program is to help you be more productive and reduce your stress through better time, action and priority management.

    • Do you want to enable yourself to get more and better work done in less time?

    • Do you want to reduce stress?

    • Do you need to prevent procrastination?

    So this Program is for you!

  • All my programs, although are structured, can be completely tailored to your needs and availability.

    You can choose between:

  • Many people work themselves extremely hard to make a success of their lives - but are they working EFFECTIVELY? Could they be more productive if they managed their time better?

    The answer is almost definitely, "Yes".

    It's all about awareness. I can teach someone as many time management tricks and techniques as I like, but without awareness - without the knowledge of what they currently do, and how they sabotage themselves - they're going to continue making the same mistakes. And without understanding their priorities, and working on these priorities first, people's lives are going to fill up with less important things. Ultimately this is very unsatisfying - and this lack of satisfaction is often why people come to coaching - to achieve goals, dreams and be held accountable to make meaningful changes in their lives.

    Life is not all about productivity and being effective. There are many other important things like relationships, inner peace, life balance, fun, being of service etc.

    This Program is not intended to promote that we work ever harder and achieve more and more, it is about helping you to be more effective with the time you have.

Productivity & Time Management Program

  • The purpose of the Balance and Self-Care Coaching Program is to help you assess your balance and self-care needs, identify what's getting in the way, and to help you enjoy your life more!

    • So, what are your needs?

    • Where is your energy being drained?

    • Are you too comfortable and going nowhere - or are you constantly pushing yourself so that "comfort" or "balance" is a passing thought before you throw yourself into the melee again?

  • We live in a society that loves achievement, qualifications, status, and success. Many people work extremely hard to get there - ignoring what their bodies and minds are telling them. But what's the point of success, a great career - if you're always stressed, overwhelmed, don't see much of your family and friends (or are grumpy/tired when you do see them)?

    Sadly, life balance and self-care are often seen as "soft" requirements - something high achievers don't (or shouldn't) need.

    We get the message we should just be able to soldier on through illness and stress. We are told that if we take a holiday, go on a city break, have a bubble bath or sleep in on Sundays - all will be well again. After all, a successful person should have this under control and too much self-care is a sign of weakness or perhaps selfishness or indulgence.

    Well, as a coach, I know this isn't the case. I look at the whole person, the whole life in context. I know that without self-care and life balance life can be pretty miserable and lack joy and substance.
